To be eligible for the residential program an individual must have HMSA Commercial, Quest, University Health Alliance (UHA) insurance, or pay cash ($2500/month). Additionally the individual must require substance abuse treatment above the Intensive Outpatient level which will be provided at the Pahoa office of ACCESS Capabilities. Monthly rent is $300 and an additionaly $25 a week for food(food stamps are applicable). If interested please contact Debra Ravey at the Pahoa office at 808-965-1198.
