![]() Christopher Nalu Au, M.S., CSAC, CCJAP, "Ph.D." C.E.O./President of the Board Kailua-Kona Office Christopher Au has served as the leader of ACCESS Capabilities since February, 2007. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Currently he is dissertation phase of a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He is devoted to both the community of Kailua-Kona and the state of Hawaii. | ![]() Debra Ravey, M.S. Executive Director, Violence Intervention Counselor Kailua-Kona Office Debra Ravey holds a Master's Degree in psychology. She has a lengthy and varied career in the mental health field, including: eight years as a medical secretary for a substance abuse center, extended knowledge as a para-medic in a hospital setting, as well as knowledge and experience in administration. All of this makes her a valued member of our team . Serving as a mental health counselor since 2006. | ![]() Lehua Ravey Office Manager- Pahoa Office I've been working for ACCESS for 6 years. Working for ACCESS, I found a passion in what I do. I love to help families that are recovering from substance abuse and violence. But most of all, bring awareness in our community and the resources out there to get help. |

GOALS: To enhance the lives that has been affected by the disease of addiction. | ![]() Minerva Leihua A'ana CSAC, Bachelors in Psychology Completed courses for Marriage and Family Therapy and waiting to sit for exam 1/2016. 20 years experience in the substance abuse field working with adults, adolescents and families that have been devastated by alcohol and drug use. GOAL: To help instill hope, to serve and empower others to discover their own inner strength to succeed. |
